This class begins with meditation & intuitive movement. It begins with slow, deep breaths with extended holds on empty lungs. This technique activates the parasympathetic nervous system, including deep relaxation, inner peace and a sense of calmness. It’s a great class to do if you’ve been processing anxiety or deep levels of trauma.
With a lot of somatic prompting, it’s also great if you’re looking to get more IN your body.
