Join us for an evening of connecting to your breath, body and inner wisdom with food. Learn how to connect to the sensations in your body, respond to them mindfully & eat in a way that supports your authentic self - mind, body and soul. We live in our bodies our whole lives and eat multiple times a day, every day, so let’s learn how to have a positive relationship with our body & food that makes us feel our absolute best.
