Connect with baby, community and yourself in a Baby and Me Yoga class!
The class will include breath-work, meditation, and postpartum friendly mindful movement & poses alongside baby movement + massage, and activities to foster stress release and bonding.
Babies will enjoy gazing up at their caretakers face, listening to music (some Grateful Dead, of course), and enjoying the action of the class.
This is a relaxed class - with total flexibility for baby feeding, crying, sleeping, diapering, and all of baby’s needs.
*No previous yoga experience is required
