Heart Medicine Altar

A Community Cacao Ritual.

Join us for this heartwarming community ritual as we spend an evening sharing Peruvian cacao, medicine songs, and gentle shamanic and somatic practices.

After 2 years living in South America, Brooke is back in her hometown of Toronto to build community and offer the gifts she has gathered from her time down south.

Cacao is a sacred plant medicine revered across cultures and known for its heart opening effects. Its Latin name theobroma cacao translates to "food of the gods". When imbibed in a ceremonial context, the active ingredients in cacao can stimulate deeper states of creativity, resonance, and connection.

This evening will be a mixture of some of Brooke's favorite modalities woven into an unforgettable journey.

Think: sound, gentle movement, meditation, prayer, gratitude...and of course, chocolate.

We look forward to sharing this special night with you all!

Love.
