Poetry as Mindfulness

Writing gives us the opportunity to slow down; to connect with ourselves and the world around us, in all of its beauty and complexity. In this session, we’ll read and write poetry as a practice of mindfulness, of being in the world and in our bodies with all of our senses. This is a space in which we can unwind, be present, and practice self-care through creative expression.

No prior writing experience is necessary. Please bring a paper and pen.
