Activate Higher is an intimate and sacred space where you will have the opportunity to experience your inner world from a renewed perspective as you are guided to deeper self-awareness and empowerment. The intention is to support you in realizing and coming into connection with your Higher Self so that you can anchor into your inner guidance and deeper knowing. Throughout our time together, you will be held and witnessed in a sharing circle to honor where you find yourself in your life today.  As well, as brought deeper into your body through yogic movement practice and guided breathwork to prepare you for the guided journey of connecting you more deeply with your Higher Self, fully supported with Sound Healing and Reiki.
